Story Plot
The show centres on the unexpected marriage of Meera, the eldest daughter of a lower-class family, and Satya, an eccentric taxi driver struggling with alcoholism. They slowly understand each other. Their journey to self-improvement and togetherness, despite external pressures, is a testament to the enduring power of love.
A world apart separates Meera, a woman devoted to her family, and Satya, a rebellious young man with a troubled past. Meera works tirelessly selling flowers at the temple with her family, while Satya drowns his sorrows in alcohol and fights, constantly clashing with his disapproving mother. Despite their differences, their paths keep crossing, and their dislike for each other grows with each encounter.
Meera’s family faces financial hardship and a terrible tragedy when her brother falls in with the wrong crowd and takes his own life. Guilt-stricken, Satya’s father, a retired train conductor, proposes a marriage alliance between Meera and Satya, hoping to bring stability to their lives. But on the wedding day, chaos erupts when Meera’s greedy brother disappears with the family’s savings, leaving Meera with no choice but to marry Satya.
