Shivaji Maharaj’s coronation to feature in Mr & Mrs Sadachari

The Marathi audience will soon be able to watch the eye-catching coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the screen. The makers of Marathi film Mr & Mrs Sadachari have shot a song titled ‘Jagdamb’ on huge sets at Gorgaon Film City recently. The song recreates the coronation event and edifies life and works of the Maratha king in a specular way. Mr & Mrs Sadachari will be releasing on 8 January 2016.

Jagdamb’, penned by Pranit Kulkarni and composed by Pankaj Padghan, has been sung by Adarsh Shinde. Choreographer Subhash Nakashe has given some energetic dance moves to make the song livelier. Film’s dashing lead actor Vaibhav Tatwavadi will be seen dancing among 150 dancers, traditional band and the visuals resembling the particular period.

Produced by Indian Film Studios and directed by Ashish Wagh, Mr & Mrs Sadachari has also been shot on foreign locations. Vaibhav Tatwavadi and Prarthana Behere are coming together once again after Coffee Aani Barach Kahi. The film also features Mohan Joshi, Vijay Andalkar, Uma Sardeshmukh, Uday Nene, Sumukhi Pendse and Prasad Jawde. The film’s screenplay and dialogues have been written by Pravin Vitthal Tarde.
