With its style of storytelling and the quality of content, Marathi film industry is getting a lot of attention and appreciation since last few years. Its consistent growth has made big names in the industry and also international studios to not only take notice of it but to be a part of it. In a latest development, Fox Star Studios India is making its debut in Marathi film industry with Samit Kakkad’s upcoming Marathi film Half Ticket.

Fox Star Studios India will be distributing Hall Ticket, produced by Nanubhai Jaisinghani’s Video Palace. An official remake of M Manikandan’s National Award-winning Tamil film Kaaka Muttai; Half Ticket is a Marathi film that explores the story of two kids living in the slums of Mumbai. The producers released the third poster of the movie recently.  With the movie set in Mumbai, the poster depicts the rare and iconic double-decker buses of Mumbai.

The movie is set on streets of Mumbai and captures the essence of this great city in a way that has never been seen before. Just like the second poster, which had an image of a Mumbai shipyard in vividly bright colors and two children, the third poster is an image of two double-decker buses in similar bright colors and the silhouettes of the same two kids.

The themes of all these posters clearly depict a Mumbai influence and the bright colors set the mood for what is sure to be an upbeat and endearing film.

Half Ticket is all set to release in July and will be the first Marathi film to be distributed by Fox Star Studios.
